Telephone Support

We offer 24-hour telephone support for all service and application questions.


Our highly-experienced service engineers are available for repairs European-wide.Our service engineers carry standard spare parts with them in order to solve problems quickly and cost-effectively. The words „out-of-date“ or „obsolete“ are not part of our vocabulary!

In-House Repairs

Specialised spare parts can be repaired and tested in our own workshop in Reichelsheim (Germany).

Upgrades / Modifications

Not only are standard upgrades and modifications possible but also specialised modifications according to the customers‘ needs can be carried out.

Service and Maintenance Contracts

Several different types of maintenance contracts are available thus ensuring that your instruments stay in good conditions. You can rest assured that they are within specification. It would be a pleasure to make you an offer for a maintenance contract. In addition to the preventive measure taken, which prolong the lifetime of your instrument, you also receive a calibration protocol and a guaranteed planning with 48 hours for any problems occuring.

Support in application questions completes our range of services.
User and application trainings are also available.


Our laboratory in Germany is well-equipped with several Shimadzu instruments and is also available for testing your samples on request.

Spare Parts

Due to the continual monitoring and planning of our stock levels, we even have those components which are difficult to find „on time“.
